Move-out Cleaning
Now that the rooms are empty (or nearly empty), it’s time to make your home or apartment look even better than it did when you first moved in. Many apartment and house contracts require a “broom-clean” while others call for a detailed checklist that covers everything from the stove to the baseboards.

Bedrooms – Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Clean mirrors, Remove cobwebs, Dust and wash window sills and ledges, Vacuum carpet edges, Clean inside cupboards and wardrobes.
Living room– Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet edges, Clean mirrors, Clean and polish all surfaces, Remove cobwebs, Dust and wash window sills and window frames.
Hallway– Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Vacuum carpet edges, Clean mirrors, Remove cobwebs.
Windows-If requested.

A typical Move-In Cleaning includes the following:
Kitchen – Clean all counter tops. Clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards. Wash outside of microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. Sweep and wash hard surface floors, damp wipe window ledges.
Bathrooms – Mop floors. Scrub and disinfect toilet. Clean and sanitize bath & showers, shower doors and tiles. Scrub bathroom sinks. Wipe all counters. Dust inside all cabinets and drawers. Clean mirrors.
Bedrooms – Vacuum/mop. Clean mirrors. Remove cobwebs. Dust windowsills and ledges.
Living room– Vacuum/mop. Clean mirrors. Remove cobwebs. Dust windowsills and ledges. Dust all surfaces.

Windows-Clean inside. Outside cleaned on request.
